Traditional German Baking — Made in Small Batches
This January product drop is a small, intentional release of traditional German baked goods, available for a limited time.
Rather than offering a full, always-available menu, we bake through curated product drops. This allows us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and the care that goes into every item.
A Meaningful January Collection
At the heart of this drop is our Torten-inspired cookie assortment, featuring classic flavors drawn from traditional German cakes.
One of these, the Frankfurter Kranz cookies, is especially meaningful. Frankfurter Kranz was my mother’s favorite cake, and this collection is baked in her honor.
January 10th would have been her 87th birthday. She passed away this past August, and baking these cookies feels like a quiet way of remembering her — through the flavors and traditions she loved.
How This Drop Works
- The January product drop closed on January 18
- All items are baked fresh in small batches
- Orders were available for shipping or local pickup
- Shipping begins Tuesday, January 20 (UPS closed Monday for MLK Day)
- Pickup customers will receive a message when orders are ready
